Bootcamp

This workout is a mix of strength training and aerobic elements. You can expect to do callisthenics, such as pull-ups, pushups, squats, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints and tyre lifts. Expect interval training with bursts of intense activity.

Lift Those Weights Class
This class focusses on a full body workout!
We perform one exercise at a time, for 3 sets of 30 secs followed by 15 secs of rest.
We then move on to another exercise and repeat.
We use a progressive overload to help build strength and muscle; and burn fat!
Cardio & Muscle Endurance Class

This workout will have you doing 15 -20 stations with 1 min on & 30 secs off to help build cardiovascular endurance, muscle endurance and core stability in a group environment.

Yoga
Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscles. It’s a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation. Our 30 min classes go straight into a flow using Vinyasa yogo. Great for beginners, intermediates & advanced!  Namaste 🙏
